Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Troupia you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Troupia provides an AI workspace: an assistant you can converse with, automations you can build, and connectors that let both act inside the third-party services you authorize.

We improve the product continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will not make a material reduction without telling you.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

A workspace owner controls the members of that workspace and can see the content within it. Do not invite people who should not have that visibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or send unlawful, harassing or deceptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces, or the systems behind them.
• Interfere with the service, circumvent limits, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.
• Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or systematically extracting it.

5. Connected services

When you authorize a connector you grant Troupia permission to act in that third-party service on your behalf, within the scope you approved.

Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or their decisions.

You can disconnect any connector at any time.

6. AI output and your responsibility

The assistant produces output using language models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and identical requests may produce different answers.

Where you allow the assistant to take an action — sending a message, booking a meeting, changing a record — that action is taken on your instruction and on your behalf. Review consequential actions before you approve them. You remain responsible for what happens in your accounts.

Do not rely on the assistant as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into Troupia. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the service for you.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and to the data in the services you connect.

8. Fees

Paid plans and credit packs are described at the point of purchase. Prices are shown before VAT, and VAT at the statutory rate is added when you are charged. Payment is in advance, by credit card, through a licensed payment processor; we do not store your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) until you cancel it. A renewal never raises your price on its own above what you last paid; a discount from a promotional code applies only to the period it was given for.

A tax invoice/receipt is emailed to you after every charge.

Credits included in a plan refresh each period and do not roll over. Credits bought separately do not expire. Gift credits are valid until the date stated when they were given, and are used before any other credits.

9. Delivery of the service

Troupia is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Access to a plan is granted as soon as payment is approved, and purchased credits are added to your balance immediately.

If a payment was approved but the access or credits did not arrive, contact us and we will fix it promptly — and if we cannot provide what you bought, the full amount is refunded.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect within three business days, you are not charged for service after that date, and the unused part of the period you paid for is refunded automatically to the card you paid with. There is no cancellation fee.

A credit pack can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, by contacting us, with a refund for the credits not yet used.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation. Gift credits and credits from promotional codes cannot be exchanged for money.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

11. Availability

We work to keep Troupia available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and incidents happen.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troupia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Troupia and delete your workspace at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, or if required to protect the service or other users. Where practical we will warn you first.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
