No model trains on your data
Every request to an AI model goes out with a setting that blocks training on it. An automatic check makes sure no part of the system goes around it.
Passwords and connections
Access to the apps you connect is not kept in our database: it is encrypted on a separate server. Secrets you store in the system are encrypted with AES-256.
Every business on its own
Each business is kept apart from every other inside the database itself. An automatic check fails if any table is left without that separation.
You approve
Before a sensitive action, like sending, changing or deleting, the band stops and asks for your approval. You decide what it does on its own.
Activity log
Every action is recorded: who did it and from where. The log cannot be edited or deleted.
API keys
An API key gets only the permissions you chose, and we keep it only in a scrambled form the key cannot be recovered from.
Backups through the API
Through the API you can back up your conversations, automations and CRM data, and we keep adding more.
Your data, even when you leave
When you disconnect an app, its access is deleted. To delete your whole account or get a copy of all your data, write to us.
