Frontend Designer

About the role

People open Troupia’s screens every morning. We are looking for someone who can design them and build them, and make them look and feel amazing.

What you will do

• Design new screens, flows and components, and build them yourself in React and Tailwind.
• Look after our design system in Storybook and grow it.
• Add motion and transitions that make the interface feel alive, without slowing it down.
• Make sure every screen works on a phone, in Hebrew and Arabic right to left, and in dark mode.

What matters to us

• 3+ years designing and building interfaces, with a portfolio we can look at.
• Strong in Figma and React, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience building a design system or a component library.
• Able to explain a design decision in plain words.

Nice to have

• Experience with interface animation (CSS, Motion).
• Experience designing AI or chat products.

Your first 90 days

1. 30

   Month one: learn the product and the design system, and improve one screen end to end.

2. 60

   Month two: design and build a new flow, together with the engineers.

3. 90

   Month three: own part of the design system and lead its visual language.
