Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Build Troupia end to end: the app where businesses and organisations work with a team of AI agents, the server behind it, and the data.

What you will do

• Build features end to end: screens in Next.js and React, API routes, Postgres schemas and migrations.
• Build background workflows that run on a schedule or an event (Inngest).
• Connect the product to customers’ tools: OAuth, webhooks and APIs.
• Write tests (Vitest, Playwright), and improve performance, accessibility and right-to-left support.

What matters to us

• 5+ years building web systems that real users rely on.
• Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js (App Router), Node.js.
• PostgreSQL: schema design, SQL, indexes and row-level security (RLS).
• Working daily with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor).

Nice to have

• Drizzle ORM, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, Astro.
• Inngest and Vercel.
• Building a product in several languages, including right-to-left.

Your first 90 days

1. 30

   Month one: learn the system end to end, and ship your first feature.

2. 60

   Month two: own an area of the product, for example the automations or the connections.

3. 90

   Month three: lead a new feature from the sketch to the customer, with tests and measurement.
