Customer Success Manager

  • Customers
  • Hybrid · one day a week in the office
  • Full-time

About the role

Guide customers from day one: connect their tools, build their first automations with them, and make sure they see value fast and stay.

Why it matters

A customer who sees value in the first week stays. You are the person who makes that happen, and who makes the product learn from every customer.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding for new customers: connections, automations and team training.
  • Build a success plan for each customer, and run quarterly business reviews.
  • Track usage and health metrics, and spot a customer at risk early.
  • Collect what works and what does not, and pass it to the product team.

What matters to us

  • 3+ years in customer success or implementation of a B2B SaaS product.
  • Technical comfort: APIs, webhooks and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier).
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics: churn, NRR, adoption and expansion.
  • Strong Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large customers and organisations.
  • Another of the site’s languages.

What you will work with

Your first 90 days

  1. Month one: learn the product in depth, and guide a first customer through onboarding.

  2. Month two: build an onboarding process and short guides that can be repeated.

  3. Month three: own a book of customers: their health metrics and their expansion.

About Troupia

We are building a team of AI agents that does the day-to-day work of businesses and organisations, beside the people in them. The product is live, in eight languages, and the team is small: whoever joins now shapes where it goes.

How we hire

  1. A short intro call.
  2. A professional conversation with the people you will work with, sometimes with a short task.
  3. A meeting with the founder.
  4. An offer. And at every step, you get an answer, even when it is no.
